Getting to Copal Tulum Hotel

Copal Tulum is in Aldea Zama, the newer neighborhood laid out between Tulum town and the beach road. Streets there are recent and not always on older maps, and several buildings share similar frontages, so an address on its own can send a driver in circles. Ours knows the layout. The run begins at Cancún International Airport, where you are met at arrivals with a name sign, and continues south for 118 km, close to 105 minutes. It is a private car for your group only, paid in full before you travel, tolls and taxes covered. Flights are tracked, so an early or late arrival is handled without any calls from your side. Two hours of airport waiting time are part of the booking, which covers the slow days at immigration.
