• Payment data: payment is processed by our third-party payment processor, Stripe. We do not store full card details on our servers.
• Communications data: correspondence with us by email, messaging, or other channels.
• Technical and usage data: when you use the Platform, we may automatically collect your IP address, device and browser type, operating system, referring pages, and information about how you interact with the Platform, through cookies and similar technologies.

Our services are not directed at individuals under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.

2. How We Use Your Personal Data

We use your personal data to:

• process, confirm, and manage your bookings;
• share necessary details with the transportation Operator so that your booking can be fulfilled (see Section 3);
• communicate with you about your booking, including confirmations, coordination, and support;
• process payments and, where applicable, refunds;
• prevent, detect, and investigate fraud and misuse;
• comply with legal, tax, accounting, and regulatory obligations;
• improve and secure the Platform and our services; and
• send you marketing communications where you have consented or where otherwise permitted by law (you may opt out at any time).

3. Sharing Your Personal Data

We share personal data only as necessary to provide our services and as described below:

• Transportation Operators. To fulfil your booking, we share the details the Operator needs to perform the Transfer Service, which may include your name, telephone number, pickup and drop-off details, flight information, passenger count, and special requirements. Operators are independent third parties responsible for their own use of that data in providing the service.
• Payment processing. Payment details are processed by Stripe in accordance with Stripe's privacy policy and security standards.
• Service providers. We use trusted third parties for functions such as email delivery, analytics, hosting, and customer support, who process data on our behalf under appropriate safeguards.
• Legal and regulatory. We may disclose data where required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect our rights, users, or others.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

4. Legal Bases for Processing (EU/EEA)

If you are located in the European Union or European Economic Area, we rely on the following legal bases:

• Performance of a contract (processing bookings and payments);
• Legal obligation (tax, accounting, and regulatory compliance);
• Legitimate interests (fraud prevention, security, and service improvement); and
• Consent (where required, for example for certain marketing communications).

5. International Transfers

As a UAE-based company operating internationally, your personal data may be processed outside your country of residence, including in the United Arab Emirates and in other jurisdictions where our service providers or the relevant Operators operate. We do not sell personal information as that term is commonly understood.
