The Royal Caribbean is an all-suite Royal Resorts property in the Zona Hotelera, and the private ride from CUN takes 25 minutes. All-suite units tend to draw longer stays, and longer stays mean more luggage than a taxi trunk enjoys. Booking a private vehicle sizes the car to the party: up to six, nine or thirteen in a van, up to twenty in a Sprinter, or a Suburban VIP for five. You are met in the arrivals hall by a driver holding your name once you clear customs, and the bags are his job for the 18 km run. The flight is tracked, so nobody is left guessing after a delay.
