Getting to Tim's Ocean Condos

Tim's Ocean Condos are privately owned beachfront units at Kukulcán KM 19.5, rented out to guests, a 25-minute drive from the terminal. A condo booking is not a hotel booking. Nobody is on duty all night to hand you a key, and arrival is usually arranged with the owner or a manager for a set window. Landing on time for that window is the whole trick. We track the flight and send a private car straight to the address, so the arrival time you give is the one that holds. If immigration runs long, two hours of airport waiting time are already included. The vehicle carries your group only, across the 18 km, with tolls and taxes inside the price you paid. Confirm the unit number with us so the driver stops at the right entrance.
