Getting to Our Habitas Tulum

From Cancún International Airport the road south is 118 km of Highway 307, then a short run onto the Tulum beach road. Our Habitas Tulum is a beachfront property near kilometer 4 of that road. The transfer takes 105 minutes. Doing it in a private car rather than a shared van removes the two slow points: the wait for a vehicle to fill at the terminal, and the detours to other hotels on the way down. Ours goes to one address. Flight tracking means a delayed landing moves your pickup by itself, and two hours of airport waiting are included on top. Payment happens once, in advance, and includes tolls and taxes. Cancellation is free if you make it 48 hours before pickup.
