Region 15 is residential Tulum: apartments above shops, gated blocks, and hosts who send a map pin instead of a hotel address. Rentals here have no reception, so either somebody meets you or a code is waiting, and both depend on you turning up when you said you would. That is hard to promise after 118 km and 105 minutes from Cancún International Airport, unless the ride is tied to your flight. Ours is.
