Big family groups book Occidental at Xcaret Destination, and big groups need a vehicle that fits everyone plus the luggage. Airport Transfers Club runs vans for six, nine and thirteen passengers, a Sprinter for parties up to twenty, and a Suburban VIP when five people want more room than a standard car. The resort is an all-inclusive next to Xcaret park, at the southern end of the Playacar zone, which puts it 57 km from the airport and about 60 minutes away. Child seats are booked with the ride and required for young passengers, so nobody is negotiating in a parking lot at midnight. Your driver meets the flight in arrivals with a name sign. Landings after 22:00 carry a small surcharge, and everything else, tolls included, is paid at booking.
