Getting to Playacar Palace

Playacar Palace stands at the north edge of Playacar Fase 1, right by the Cozumel ferry pier and the south end of 5th Avenue. That location is genuinely walkable, which is the point of staying there, but getting to it still means the full 57 km run south from the airport. Allow 60 minutes on Highway 307. A private car from Airport Transfers Club takes your group only, straight to the resort entrance, with the whole fare including tolls agreed at booking. Your driver is in the arrivals hall with a name sign and waits through immigration and baggage; two hours are included for that. Pickups scheduled after 22:00 carry a small night surcharge. Flight tracking handles late landings without a phone call from you, and free cancellation runs to 48 hours before.
