Hotel Milam is in La Veleta, the residential area inland from Tulum town and well back from the beach road. Addresses out there run on lot and block numbers rather than obvious street names, and mapping apps are not always current, which is why it counts that the driver has been there. Cancún International Airport is the start point, with a meet inside arrivals and a sign with your name on it. The road is Highway 307 south, 118 km, roughly 105 minutes.
