Breathless Cancun Soul is adults only, so the transfer from CUN is usually two or four people off a late flight, not a minibus of families. That suits a private car: the whole vehicle is yours, it leaves when you are ready, and there is no waiting for a shuttle to fill up with strangers. The drive is 18 km from Cancún International and takes roughly 25 minutes on the boulevard into the Zona Hotelera. A driver stands in the arrivals hall with your surname on a sign, and because the flight is tracked, a delayed landing moves the pickup rather than forfeiting it. Two hours of waiting time are part of the booking. Landings after 22:00 add a small night surcharge, so check your arrival time. One prepaid fare covers tolls and taxes, and cancellation is free until 48 hours before pickup.
