Casa Nizuc, Tribute Portfolio Resort & Spa is opening in 2026 in Aldea Nizuc, at the southern end of the Cancún hotel strip. It is not receiving guests yet, so this page exists for arrivals once it does, and transfers can be booked now for stay dates after the opening. The ride itself does not change: 18 km from Cancún International into the Zona Hotelera, about 25 minutes, in a private vehicle with a driver meeting you inside arrivals under a name sign. The southern end sits closest to the airport road, which makes it one of the more straightforward runs on the strip. Waiting time at the airport runs to two hours, flights are tracked, and the fare is fixed in advance with tolls and taxes inside. Free cancellation holds until 48 hours before the pickup.
