Getting to Riu Yucatan

Riu Yucatan is a family-focused all-inclusive on the beach in Playacar, and family arrivals bring their own requirements. Car seats are the main one. They are required for young children, they cannot be conjured up at the curb, and they have to be requested when the booking is made. Add strollers and a week of bags and the vehicle tier matters too, with vans available for six, nine or thirteen passengers. The drive itself is 57 km from Cancun International Airport, listed at 60 minutes, south on Highway 307 and then into the gated estate. Two hours of waiting time are included, usually enough for a family to clear immigration and collect luggage. Your driver holds a name sign in arrivals, and the flight is tracked, so a late arrival is not yours to solve.
