The Reef Playacar is an all-inclusive beach resort inside the gated Playacar community, south of Playa del Carmen town. Clearing that gate is routine for a local driver and slower for anyone improvising with a taxi and an address on a phone screen. Airport Transfers Club prices the leg upfront: 57 km, a scheduled 60 minutes, one private vehicle, tolls and taxes already paid. The meeting point is the arrivals hall at Cancun International Airport, where your driver holds a sign with your name. Two hours of airport waiting are included in every booking, and the reservation follows your flight, so nothing needs rearranging if you land behind schedule. Should plans change, there is no charge to cancel up to 48 hours before pickup.
