Your driver is waiting inside the CUN arrivals hall with your name on a sign, so nobody has to hunt for a ride to Kukulcán KM 4.5. Grand Oasis Palm is an all inclusive beach resort at the downtown end of the strip, close to the El Embarcadero pier where the Isla Mujeres boats leave. The ride runs 25 minutes and 18 km, all of it inside one private vehicle that belongs to your booking alone. No shared van, no second pickup, no queue for a taxi. We watch the flight number, so a late landing simply shifts the pickup time. The fare is settled before you travel and includes tolls and taxes, which means the first thing you do in Mexico is get in and go. Pickups after 22:00 carry a small night surcharge.
