Getting to Barceló Maya Riviera

Barceló Maya Riviera is the adults-only hotel in the Barceló estate, and the transfer from CUN suits couples landing tired. After a long haul nobody wants a bus that idles until every seat sells. A private car leaves when you are in it, and it stops nowhere else along the way. The journey covers 87 km and takes about 70 minutes heading south. Your driver stands in the arrivals hall with your name printed on a board, so nothing has to be arranged once you are through customs. Evening arrivals into Cancún are common on this route, and a pickup after 22:00 carries a small night surcharge, which is worth knowing while you are still choosing flights. Drop-off is at the Riviera building itself.
