Getting to Dreams Aventuras Riviera Maya

Dreams Aventuras is inside the gated Puerto Aventuras marina community, so the driver comes to the resort address, not a highway drop point. That distinction matters more here than it does at a roadside hotel. Vehicles entering the community pass a manned gate, and a car booked to a named property gets through without argument. The ride from Cancún International covers 87 km and takes about 70 minutes. At the terminal, a driver holding a sign with your name meets you as you come out of arrivals, and two hours of waiting time are already paid for, which absorbs a slow immigration queue or a bag that takes its time. The car itself is private, so once the doors close the next stop is the resort.
