A greeter with your name on a card meets you inside the terminal at CUN, walks you out, and that is the whole handover. From there the car belongs to your party alone. No second pickup, no other property on the route. The price you agreed at booking is the price in full, tolls and taxes already counted, so nothing is collected when you pull up at the gate.
