Getting to Park Hyatt Zanzibar
Park Hyatt Zanzibar sits on Shangani Street, right on the Stone Town seafront, and part of it occupies Mambo Msiige, a restored nineteenth century mansion inside the UNESCO listed old town. Abeid Amani Karume International is the closest airport to any hotel we serve on the island. The run is about 8 km and roughly 15 minutes, so you are usually at the door before the air conditioning has properly cooled the car. Your driver waits in ZNZ arrivals with a name sign, and we watch the inbound flight number, so a late landing moves the pickup rather than costing you the ride. Mineral water, cold drinks and face towels are in the vehicle. A car or SUV carries up to five, and larger parties take a minivan. Cancellation is free until 24 hours before pickup.
