Sandos Cancun runs all-inclusive and takes adults only, off Retorno del Rey at Kukulcán KM 14, about 25 minutes out from CUN. Retorno del Rey is a side loop off the main boulevard, easy to miss if you are following a phone map at night. A driver who runs the hotel zone daily does not miss it. Your transfer is private and door to door: the whole vehicle, one destination, straight from CUN across the 18 km. You are met after customs by someone holding your name, and the bags go in the back while you sort out nothing at all. Flights are tracked, so the pickup follows your actual landing time. Two hours of waiting are included at the airport. Payment is taken once, upfront, with tolls and taxes already in the total.
