Paradisus Playa del Carmen splits into La Perla for adults and La Esmeralda for families, and which one you booked changes the vehicle. Families need child seats, which are pre-booked with the reservation and required for younger children. Couples usually want space for cases instead of extra seats, and a Suburban VIP handles up to five. Larger groups take a van for six, nine or thirteen, or a Sprinter for up to twenty. Airport Transfers Club drives the 55 km from Cancún International Airport privately, about 55 minutes down Highway 307, to the north end of Playa del Carmen where the all-inclusive resort stands.
