Hotel Cacao is an adults only boutique hotel on Fifth Avenue in Playa del Carmen, 55 km south of Cancún International Airport. The run down takes about 55 minutes. Fifth Avenue is pedestrian, which is the one thing worth knowing about the drop off: the driver takes you to the closest point a vehicle can reach, then it is a short walk with your bags. Your driver waits in arrivals with a name sign, and because the flight is tracked, time lost in the air does not cost you the ride. Two hours of airport waiting are included in the fare. One vehicle, your party only, one price agreed at booking with tolls and taxes in it. Free cancellation runs until 48 hours before the pickup.
